Milk parlours in Madhya Pradesh will now have chocolates made by Campco Ltd which is a Mangalore-based cooperative. The two cooperatives, Campco Ltd and Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Dairy Federation had made an agreement in the presence of Chief Ministers of Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.
The agreement states that the Madhya Pradesh would sell chocolate products of Campco. This is definitely a good joint agreement for both parties and will surely do well for the economy of the country. It is good to note that Madhya Pradesh has 6.500 milk cooperatives and has been producing around 12 lakh litres a day. This is definitely quite a good number.
These milks are being sold at booths during the morning until evening. Also, it can be seen in parlours that are open for almost 18 hours a day. The good news for Campco is that there chocolates would be retailed to around 397 milk parlours in the State. This will definitely boost income and sale for the chocolate company.
These chocolates are not only for local consumption, but are also being used for exports. This just proves that the quality of their products meet the demand of the global market.
