Another agreement of two companies is set to happen for a Rs 2,200-crore project. The two companies that will be teaming up is the NMDC and RINL. The project would include an installation of a 336-km slurry pipeline from Jagdalpur to Visakhapatnam.
The tying up of these two companies would surely help one another address some problems that they have internally. With this agreement, a project of 4-mtpa pellet plant in Visakhapatnam is expected to happen.
The memorandum of understanding was already signed by the chairman and managing director of NMDC and AP Choudhary, NK Nanda with other RINL and CMB officials. This team up would surely help NMDC promote their products this year.
It would also be a good help for them to establish a name in the industry. While the RINL will be using the projects of NMDC to meet its growth plans. Since they are planning to increase in production, this tie up with a project company would be a good idea.
