Samsung Targets 35% Share Of India’s Flat Panel TV Market

Samsung is looking at an increase in the price of flat panel TV business in India. With this, they are looking to have an increase in the market share where they are expecting to touch 50 lakh units for this year.

Samsung India electronics is currently enjoying a share of 30 per cent in the market share of flat panel TVs in the country. But, the company is not contented with this number and they are targeting a 5% increase in their market share to bring the percentage to 35 per cent for this year.

The firm is also looking into their LED TVs investment and they expect to have a market share of close to 40 per cent which is 6 per cent higher than their share in 2011. It is really interesting to see that the company is optimistic when it comes to the improvements of their performance this year. This might also be the reason why the company is in constant development.
