Rs 20,000 Cr. to be invested by BPCL in KRL Expansion

According to a top official of BPCL, the company will be investing Rs 20,000 in Kerala for its expansion facility at Kochi Refinery. They would also be setting up a Petrochemical complex in the place. The purpose of this expansion is to expand the capacity of the KRL plant which produces 9.5 million tons per annum.

With the expansion, they are expecting it to reach up to 15.5 million tons per annum. This information was given by BPCL chairman and managing director R K Singh. This product is expected to be completed by the end of the year 2015. Investments on several projects are really becoming common these days.

This just proves that there is still a big room for improvement in the business sector of India. If this would continue, it will definitely not only do well to the people but also for the economy as well. People would surely benefit.
