How to file consumer complaints online in India?

In order to provide fast and prompt Consumer Grievance Redressal service, an online consumer complaint system has been launched by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. With this online system, consumers can now easily file their complaints either online, or through a call or even sms.

Consumer Online Resources and Empowerment (CORE) Centre provides an easy online redressal of consumer grievances. Consumers can file their complaint by clicking on the link provided below – http://www.core.nic.in/Complainant/CRegistration.aspx. Consumers can even make a call at the toll free number 1800-180-4566 and register their complaints.

The National Consumer Helpline (NCH) also provides a telephone helpline with the help of which consumers can file their complaints. For all MTNL and BSNL, the National toll free number is 1800-11-4000 and others can dial on 011-2700650 for any assistance. Consumers can even register their complaints by mentioning their name and city sending a sms on 8800939717.
