PM Telang, managing director of the company’s India operations, said that Tata Motors is planning to launch 230 new showrooms for Nano car in the next 12 months. This ultra cheap car from TATA Mtors has bagged a great reputation from all over the country.

Including Sri Lanka and Nepal, the natural export markets for Nano car, the company already has 120 exclusive Nano showrooms. Tata is already planning to enter Bangladesh with its Nano car. Company’s foreign institution share holding pattern showed an already reached 65.22Crore shares and a percentage holding of 24.23%.

The company already recorded a 40.5 % increase in profits in the fiscal quarter which ended in December. This profit was recorded due to the strong sales of company’s JLR models recorded sluggish performance from the domestic arm, again due to high costs and interest rates in India. TATA Motors recorded a Market Cap of Rs.86, 077 crore and a Div. Yeild of 1.47%.
